Xavier's TV Appearance, Maverick Fitness: PLAYGROUND

As I am about to embark on Maverick Movement's next project with Her World Magazine Singapore, I would like to take this opportunity to drop a quick update on the site.

I've just wrapped up the filming for the Valentine's Day edition of Singapore's top TV talk-show "Singapore Talking". It was an honor and pleasure to be on the panel of experts in the Love and Relationships field. Check out my first video blog entry for the year by clicking on the video below:



We are still scheduled for the release of Part II of my Conveyance for Effortless Attraction article series (check out Part I) this coming weekend but I just felt so compelled to convey my heartfelt thanks to all of you for being such a wonderful audience this past 4 years.

As of this year, we have grown and expanded operations with the establishment of Maverick Fitness and Maverick Lifestyle. With Maverick Fitness, since December 2011, we were able to provide people with FREE, professional fitness training every Friday evening. We are glad to be able to give back to society after it has been undoubtedly kind to us. DO NOT Confess Your Love To A Woman! Unless... (Part I)

I found myself thinking a lot about one common issue that many Men who are looking for a successful dating life brought up. It was an issue that I found myself in SO MANY TIMES and never had a solution to. I really wish someone would go all Dating Coach on me and give me the solution to that problem and save me all that humiliation and heartache. I am glad I figured it out already and I am excited to be sharing this with all you Maverick Men today.

The story always begins the same way :

"... So I confessed my feelings for her... and she told me :

1) you're a nice guy and I really like you... but as a friend...
