Believing in Yourself.

What up, guys.

We hope you enjoyed that run of video blog posts we did in Macau. Unfortunately, from there on, it was all business, so we didn't have time to do more videos. We'd have loved to, simply because Hong Kong is so awesome. We're not talking about the ladies here, mind you (although they did play a big part ;) ). The place itself is A-mazing. The people there are friendly, the shopping is great, and the view is breathtaking.

The good thing is, we have a backlog of videos that we'll be releasing in time to come. Some of them will be made private, in order to protect certain individuals. But most of them will be available to the public, as thanks for your support.

Our updates may be hitting you on a weekly basis, but we feel that it is simply not enough. Personally, I've come to learn quite a number of lessons in the past few months, and I want to share them with you guys; however, time is a factor. We have been working behind the scenes since we got back from our trip, and if you haven't noticed, we're going corporate in terms of training. Feel free to contact us if you feel like your company needs help. Just click on the 'Corporate Training' link above.

Some Hardcore Life Lessons

What up, guys. The past few weeks have seen a lot of happenings within the SI crew. We've been getting out there learning new things, embarking on new projects, re-focusing ourselves for the sprint in the second half of the year, and living it up.

Within all these contain great lessons. As a self-improvement company, we've always gone by the philosophy of walking the talk. Anything less is simply betraying ourselves and our clients. Believe me when I say that we put ourselves out there and hustle our asses off. Laveen and I have been stepping up as we prepare to take on more responsibilities to learn more about negotiation, hustling and becoming more awesome than ever.

Needless to say, we refuse to not have fun while we are at it. If we have to do something, why not do it with a smile? If you have to whine and be resistant to what you are doing, then you should save your time and effort and just NOT do it. I am not discouraging you here, but really, your efforts are going to be half-assed, and your results are going to be exactly the same. You'd be better off sleeping; at least you rest your body. And that's a lesson on its own right there. I'mma dish out a few more in this post and give a jolt of reality to those who really need it.

Being Realistic = Ridiculous

Hey Guys,

I was having a conversation with a long-time friend of mine, Shen, whom I've known since I was 8 years old. Some of the best memories we had together were times where we used to catch spiders and put them into the school bags of girls in our class. We were always blessed with the uncanny ability to avoid being caught. Conventional thinking would classify this behavior as something worthy of 3 strokes of the cane. In my world, such a skill is an asset ;-) Our conversation then progressed on towards our present working lives. This was when things began to turn... ugly.

This part of the conversation turned out to be some pretty horrible stuff to hear. Here I was, speaking to Shen, whom back in the glory days, was all about doing whatever the hell he wanted, getting away with it... living excitably and happily in the process. He was always the one who told me that "All that matters is we are happy!" I took his advice and made good with my life... so I expected so much more from him. Now I found him working as a tele-marketer, earning about $1,900... in a good month. This was when I decided to knock some sense into him. I would like to share a perspective in life which I advocate with burning passion.

I hope that this post will serve to help you see the universe from another amazing angle.

Being Realistic is also Being RIDICULOUS

I say this with good reason.

Let's use the SIMPLEST of logic to put things in perspective.

Let's talk about Saturation for a start.

to cause (a substance) to unite with the greatest possible amount of another substance, through solution, chemical combination, or the like.

To quote a real-world example, I'll use bubble tea. The Bubble Tea market is largely saturated. If you are not :

1) Excellent (Koi Bubble-Tea, with it's extensive and customizable Menu, high quality standards and rave reviews)

2) Unique (Gong Cha, which is a niche brand of Bubble Tea that has a loyal audience)

3) The Most Accessible (Sweet Talk, which is very affordable and readily available)

If you are neither of these 3, then you are in deep trouble. If you choose to be a bottom-middle feeder, you will be left to play the chasing game, which is a tiring and draining process which brings upon FAILURE as soon as you decide to not chase. You know this to be true simply by taking a look at the bubble-tea stores that come and go.

Saturation is a LAW of the universe, this much is clear so far.

Being Realistic...

Why Work So Hard To Be ANOTHER Face In The Crowd?

Now here's the thing about being realistic and chasing mediocrity : IT IS A SATURATED IDEA!

Let's use our brain and powers of logic for a moment. Everyone out there is holding onto the same friggin' degree as the next person. The next thing that your future employer will look out for is going to be : What makes you different from everyone else?!

"Blimey!" you say. All this time, your effort was spent working towards becoming just like everyone else! This is why hands-on training is the most valuable part of a learning process. It allows you to see how you can contribute in the most outstanding way known to you.

It is far easier to be chasing something unrealistic than to be chasing something realistic. The fishing is better where fewer people fish. YOU are your greatest asset because YOU have within you unique qualities, abilities and talents to go further in your unique direction than anyone else out there!

This belief lead me to become who I am today, a Man who lives freely doing the very things that he wants to do... at any time he pleases. I have always loved meeting and being around people, so I took that interest and ran with it. I UNREALISTICALLY sought to become an expert (BY EXPERIENCE) on this passion of mine which fascinated me to no end. 2 years on and not only do I hold the most impressive track-record among dating coaches in my region, I personally believe I am unbeatable in my field. My talent and ability has allowed for me to travel the world doing what I loved and was good at. It is an amazing feeling... a dream come true.

Maverick Hustlers in Taiwan for The Highlife Experience

One year ago, I found something else that excited me. I wanted to promote the idea of LIVING A LIFE OF EXCELLENCE. I wanted to bring forward the idea that we do not live to exist, but we exist to live. That was when I established Success Initiative and created The Maverick Hustler Movement, to show people how to live a life they have always dreamed of in that unique and effective way that only I know.

Today, I find myself financially capable of leading the amazingly exciting and fulfilling life of my dreams. I got here by doing 3 things :

1) Knowing what I wanted to do.

2) Believing in my talents and abilities. (so important! Whatever you believe, you are RIGHT.)

3) Taking action and aiming to be the very best at doing what I wanted to do.

The truth is, most people don't even have #1 and #2 figured out. I know this from 3 years of experience in orchestrating amazing turnarounds in life. This is why I wrote my first ever e-book, The Maverick Hustler Success Formula, a guide on how to not only accomplish #1 and #2, but living a life of success WITH STYLE! The e-book is in the final stages of editing and it's going to be available on the site real soon. I cannot wait for it to be released!

Alright folks, we'll be checking in with you guys again real soon with a very interesting story from Laveen and how he manages to get into clubs for free haha. Until next time...

HUSTLE ON!
