<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">Good thing is you've decided to change it.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">You’ve taken your first step towards a better, healthier life…. plus looking good naked wouldn’t hurt too <img src='http://maverick-movement.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> . If not you wouldn’t be here reading this anyway, right?</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">First off, I’d like you to ask yourself a few questions.<span id="more-225"></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><span style="color: #ffffff;"><strong><em>“How old are you?”</em></strong></span> and <span style="color: #ffffff;"><strong><em>“How long has it been since you’ve exercised?”</em></strong></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">If both of the numbers are double digits, you should really drive your head down with 100% force on the table right now!</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">But it's okay, everyone has to start somewhere.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">Like <a title="Jordon's Profile" href="http://heyitsjordon.com/?page_id=38" target="_blank"><span style="color: #ff6600;"><em><span style="color: #ff6600;">myself</span></em></span></a>, I started when I was at my lowest, and true enough, the only way I could go was up.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">I’m sure that when you were young, you’d have dreams. My dream was to become ultraman, but well….. I’ll leave that for next time.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">Back on track.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">Yes, I’m sure we'd all have dreams, and somewhere along the way we either forget them, or do our best to achieve them.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">What we’re gunning for here, is the latter.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">Right now, I want you to have your dream body in mind.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">In fact, just Google for the picture.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">Yes, right now!</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">....</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;">Okay, me first. Here's mine.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">Now, create a folder on your desktop and name it fitness (or something along those lines), store the picture inside and open it every time you feel lazy, or need a reminder of your goal.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">To succeed you'll need to commit time and effort, and giving up will always be the easier option. Never lose sight of your goals!</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">Now in that folder, I want you to open your notepad and start writing; firstly about how committed you think you are towards achieving your goal (from 1 - 10), and how much time you are able to put in per week for workouts.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">Do your very best to meet the amount of hours you put in.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">*Note that these can be changed throughout your journey.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">Then I want you to write how long you expect yourself to take to get that body (but be realistic of course.. You don't grow fat overnight, so don't expect your abs to come out overnight either!).</span></p>

Write down what you have that you can work with right now… Meaning if you’re a totally new to this, you only have your <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">persistence</span> and <span style="color: #ff0000;">determination</span>. </strong>If you're already a veteran in lifting, then you're strong, if you're already having a good diet, then you have discipline etc...<strong>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">Okay great! Now that your goals are set, I want you to create for yourself 2 excel spreadsheets, namely “Diet Log”, and “Training Log”.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">Yes, you are going to start keeping "dairies" like kids again! Because <em>after reading about <span style="color: #ffff99;">people who have led excellent lives, I found that the first victory they won was over themselves... self-discipline with all of them came first.</span></em></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">The logging will also help you keep track of what you’re going to do for the next….. well, lifetime.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">Now that we’re done with this, here’s the next step.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #008000;"><strong>Being realistic</strong></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">Firstly, and most importantly, you need to understand that this "method" of losing fat isn’t a magic pill that can give you abs or arms that you desire overnight.</span></p>
<span style="color: #888888;">It's not, and never will be be easy, you will sweat, bleed cry and perhaps even puke in the process, but at the end of it all, it will all be worth it. Especially when the day comes where "future you" looks at the photos of you "now" and feel proud.</span>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">Also, don’t try to take the easy way out like using shake weights or diet pills because they don’t work. This is a lifestyle change, and not a one time thing. But have no fear! As much as I said it would be tough, it would definitely be enjoyable, especially if you have a friend going through this with you.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">It’s about changing the bad habits you've accumulated through the years into good ones, and maintaining them so that you will run around playing catch with your grandkids, or even great-grandkids.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;"><em><span style="color: #ffff99;">Nothing in the world that’s worth having comes easy. So live the life you love, and love the life you live</span>.</em></span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">The reason for that action was simple, you had a problem, you <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>wanted</strong></span> to solve it, hence you went to did a check online!</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">The case is the same here.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">You will not be alone in your conquest towards your dream body, many others in the world have done it, so can you.

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">Or alternatively, you can hire a trainer to train you. But at the end of the day, if you have no idea what he’s doing to you, you won’t even know if you’re getting your pockets sucked dry.</span></p>
